Recruitment Policy

Our goal is to recruit men and women allows us to offer our customers the best service (Quality, Cost, Time) in line with our organizational system (P4P Production System).

  These men and women must allow us to contribute to the development of our turnover (70% international) and in 5 main target markets (cosmetics, chocolate, confectionery, pharmaceutical, POS).

  Our system of organization, its training plan, its support plan, help you to explore all your known skills and discover.

  Our investment on human capital, pushes us to make available to our staff a particular environment (brightness, controlled autonomy, sport relaxation, ..), and to ensure the best daily performance in the safety and well being of each.
